Efficient Gas Generators Technology - Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
This technology operates using the twin tower method, where two containers are filled with an adsorbent material called Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). This method works in cycles, with each cycle flowing compressed air through one of the containers. During the cycle, the adsorbent material captures most gases except for the gas we want at the end of the process. The higher the required gas purity, the longer the cycle time. At the end of each cycle, the purified gas passes to an external container, and a small portion of it is used to purify the second container before compressed air enters. The remaining gases are released into the atmosphere.
EL-AV in the Field of Gas Generators
We manage dozens of projects annually in the field of gas generators across various industries such as: food industry, pharmaceuticals, security, aviation, laser industry, and more. What all these projects have in common is significant savings in gas costs, which directly affects production costs. All projects are managed by the company's engineers from the critical specification stage through the design phase to the implementation and operation of the systems, carried out by highly skilled professionals and supervised by a project manager.
