EL-AV Compressors started out as a service provider back in 1985. Since then to this day, EL-AV Compressors has made the values of reliability, integrity, professionalism and service orientation a part of its business creed. 

EL-AV Compressors provides service for the air systems of many companies throughout Israel.

Our service management system is run by central digital control from our offices, and divided into sectors and areas for quicker, more efficient response to service calls. All of EL-AV Compressors’ field technicians are equipped with a smart app, directly connected to the company offices from which the service department is run.

In addition, our warehouses are divided according to types of items. Levels of inventory are always kept above the minimum in a controlled way, to enable providing service and maintenance when service calls are received.

The call center is always manned by a skilled, professional team, to guide the customer throughout the service call, from initial contact until quick arrival of a technician. EL-AV Compressors service vans are equipped with the necessary spare parts, manned at all times and in a state of preparedness throughout Israel, to arrive ready for any malfunction at any time.

Furthermore, at our main facility we maintain a large repair / renovation / overhaul department for compressors that cannot be carried out in the field.

EL-AV service kit

Service contracts

EL-AV Compressors offers its customers annual service contracts, suited mainly for factories with several manufacturing departments or work of at least 2,000 a years. These contracts give the customer an additional safety net including ongoing maintenance, monthly inspection including a general air system test and preventive maintenance, as well as a commitment to quick response to service calls.

Extended 5 year comprehensive warranty

In addition to the standard warranty period, EL-AV Compressors offers various options of extending the warranty, according to as selection of tracks up to an overall period of five years. Warranty agreements give customers peace of mind, ability to meet maintenance schedules over the period, and ensure quality of air and maximum energy savings over the compressor’s service life.

Flow rate test

EL-AV Compressors Ltd performs flow rate tests with the most advanced, high-precision instruments in the market. As part of the test, we collect data such as flow rate, pressure, and electricity consumption. In addition, we perform a comprehensive survey of the peripheral system and entire air system, to produce a detailed report for the customer, as a basis for making decisions on the air system. The report is detailed and readable, and includes all conclusions and recommendations relevant to the customer in order to improve his air system, from both operations and energy aspects, and thus achieve significant savings in the electricity costs involved with producing compressed air.

Characterization and design of systems

EL-AV Compressors has a professional field service team who perform characterization of air and gas systems by touring the facility and gathering information relevant to the business. After completing characterization, consultations are held in the engineering department, to determine the optimal solution for each and every customer. After an order has been placed, we make working drawings as needed.

Meticulous, professional characterization and preparation of a solution suited to each customer’s needs, leads to improvement of the operational state, and significant savings in electricity costs.
